AERIAL YOGA CIRCUS ARTS

Can safely invert in backbelt/frontbelt poses, hold a bent-arm hang for 5 seconds, & tolerate fabric compression

A progression-based class focused on aerial skills and sequences. Expect demonstrations with time to warm up, practice, refine, and close with Savasana
