This studio is a small, intimate space inside a residential home with 8-foot ceilings, so it offers a different experience from a large conventional aerial studio. While aerial movement is naturally more limited here in terms of big swings, long spins, and certain drops, the setting allows for a more personal, focused, and supportive learning environment.
Most of all, this studio offers the chance to practice with Grace, whose experience, precision, and passion for teaching make this space truly special. If you are looking for quality instruction, individualized attention, and a meaningful place to begin or deepen your aerial journey, this studio is a beautiful place to practice and fly.
Aerial Yoga and Aerial Arts do not currently have one universal accrediting body in the same way Yoga Alliance exists for yoga, so experience, teaching quality, and professional recognition can vary widely across the industry. What matters most is the depth of a teacher’s practice, the quality of their instruction, and the trust they have built over time.
Grace has spent years developing her craft and has earned recognition within the international aerial community through both her teaching and her own practice. Her work reflects a deep commitment to mindful movement, strong technique, and beautiful execution in the air.
More importantly, Grace is deeply passionate about teaching and genuinely cares about each student’s growth. She offers thoughtful, personalized instruction and has a sharp eye for the details that make a pose feel safer, stronger, and more refined. From fabric placement and body awareness to graceful transitions and expressive movement, she helps students understand not just what to do, but how to do it well.
Grace teaches a wide range of styles and levels in the double-point aerial hammock, from gentle stretching to strength-based skills and performance-inspired aerial arts. She works with both kids and adults and is committed to helping every student grow with confidence, clarity, and grace.
If you are looking for a teacher with experience, precision, artistry, and genuine care, Grace offers a truly special place to begin or deepen your aerial journey.
