Each Fly With Grace class at Ying Yoga in Cedar Park includes a description of who it’s best suited for, such as first-timers, beginners, or all levels. Classes that involve more advanced movements will clearly list any prerequisites.If you’re unsure where to begin or would prefer more personalized guidance, you can also book a private session with Grace, tailored specifically to your experience level, goals, and comfort.

Can I receive a refund?

There are no refunds. Sales are final so please ensure you are ready to commit to your purchase.

Do session packages expire?

Accepted Answer

The class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable. 5 Private Session Packs expire 6 months from the date of purchase. 10 Private Session Packs expire 1 year from the date of purchase. For Fly With Grace Class Packs at Ying Yoga in Cedar Park, all class packs expire 3 months from date of purchase.

I purchased a private session package but I can only reserve the 1st session. How do I book the rest of the lessons?

After you book your first private session on the booking calendar, then please contact us directly by email or phone to schedule the rest of your lessons in your package. Or when you meet Grace for the first lesson, you can directly discuss in-person when you'd like to schedule the rest of your private sessions in your package!

Aerial Yoga and Aerial Arts do not currently have one universal accrediting body in the same way Yoga Alliance exists for yoga, so experience, teaching quality, and professional recognition can vary widely across the industry. What matters most is the depth of a teacher’s practice, the quality of their instruction, and the trust they have built over time.

Grace has spent years developing her craft and has earned recognition within the international aerial community through both her teaching and her own practice. Her work reflects a deep commitment to mindful movement, strong technique, and beautiful execution in the air.
