50 HR AERIAL YOGA TEACHER TRAINING: LEVEL 1

  • For Yoga Practitioners & Instructors who desire to elevate their Mat Practice.

  • For Aerialists & Aerial Yoga Instructors who desire to deepen their understanding & self -practice.

  • For those seeking to embrace new experiences, venture beyond their comfort zone, deepen self-discovery, and forge meaningful connections with other incredible individuals — and, most importantly, with oneself.

  • For studio owners seeking to elevate their offerings. 

  • Although Level 1 is for everybody, we recommend taking at least 10 Aerial Yoga classes. With some prior background knowledge, we believe you will receive more from this training. 

 

Regardless of experience of Yoga or Aerial Yoga, anyone is welcome to join. Level 1 is for everybody. However all trainees are required to sign the FWG Trainee Agreement before officially participating.

    • Philosophy: Introduction to 8 Limbs of Aerial Yoga​

  • Practical teaching experience

    • hands on teaching practice to build real-world confidence​

    • practice cueing, spotting, assisting

    • teaching to peers

  • In addition the Sequence learn over 100+ Aerial Yoga Asanas

Teacher Training Moments

Requirements for Graduation
Yoga Alliance approved for 25 CE Hours 

  • successfully completed all 40 contact hours ​in-studio

  • successfully completed 10 non-contact hours

  • pass multiple choice, fill in the blank written test on last day of training
