25 HR AERIAL YOGA TEACHER TRAINING: LEVEL 2

WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?

  • Certified aerial yoga teachers who already hold a Level 1 or equivalent certification.

OR

  • For those that are at least 200 RYT yoga certified with a minimum of 6 months of dedicated aerial yoga practice, can invert safely without instruction with the fabric at the sacrum, hip crease, and waist, can hold a bent arm hang for at least 5 seconds, and are comfortable with fabric compression

OR

  • For those with a dedicated, consistent aerial yoga practice for at least 2 years, can invert safely without instruction with the fabric at the sacrum, hip crease, and waist, can hold a bent arm hang for at least 5 seconds, and are comfortable with fabric compression

  • Introduction to Aerial Yoga Level 2

  • FWG 60 Min Level 2 Sequence​​​​

    • In additio,  learn over 50+ Aerial Yoga Asanas

    • Common Level 2 Asanas

  • Fabric Theory 

  • Pranayama Techniques

  • Practical teaching experience

    • hands on teaching practice to build real-world confidence​

    • practice cueing, spotting, assisting

    • teaching to peers

    • receive live feedback​​

  • Bonus:

    • Introduction to Level 3 Asana

    • Partner Asana

    • Aerial Drops

Requirements for Graduation
Yoga Alliance approved for 25 CE Hours 

  • successfully completed all 20 contact hours ​in-studio

  • successfully completed 5 non-contact hours
