  • Introduction to Kids Aerial Yoga​​​

  • Fundamental Kids Aerial Yoga Asanas​​

  • In addition to 50+ Aerial Yoga Games, Meditations, Tools

  • Lecture Session: Teaching Methodology 

  • Practical teaching experience

    • hands on teaching practice to build real-world confidence​

    • practice cueing, spotting, assisting

    • teaching to peers

    • receive live feedback​​​

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

1:30pm~2pm: Introduction 

2pm~ 3:30pm: Posture Clinic 

3:30pm~4:30pm: Kids Aerial Yoga Class

4:30pm~5pm: Break

5pm~6pm: Lecture ​

6pm~7:30pm: Kids Aerial Yoga Lab

7:30pm~8pm: Break​​

8pm~9:15pm: Teach it Forward

9:15pm~9:30pm: Closing

Teacher Training Moments

Requirements for Graduation
Yoga Alliance approved for 10 CE Hours 

  • successfully completed all 8 contact hours ​in-studio

  • successfully completed all 2 non-contact hours ​
