Founder | Lead Teacher

Grace Hana Park

Hi~ I’m Grace! I grew up in the Chicago suburbs with two older brothers and Korean immigrant parents. After graduating from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Chemistry, I followed my intuition and moved to Seoul, South Korea, where I taught English at a Korean public elementary school. That leap changed my life. It was in Korea that I discovered two of the greatest gifts in my life: my husband and aerial yoga. Today, I serve the Greater Austin area through private sessions, group classes, workshops, and teacher trainings, while also supporting the global online aerial yoga community with clear, detailed, and intentional teaching rooted in love and grace. Whether you are seeking mindful movement and gentle, nourishing stretches, or you are a dedicated practitioner training at a high level to become a confident and skilled aerialist or aerial teacher, I am here to support you. And if aerial yoga isn’t your thing, no worries at all~ we can always take it to the mat. Whatever you need, I’ve got you covered, and the kiddos too!

Kids Aerial Yoga Teacher | Wednesdays at 4:30pm

Esther Lee

Esther is excited to join the Fly with Grace team and work with the future generation of flyers! She has proudly completed the Fly with Grace Level 1 and Kids Aerial Trainings to best equip herself with the highest standard of aerial knowledge. As an ambassador of Bloom Foundation (hellobloom.org), a non-profit organization that helps girls overcome bullying and build emotional resilience, Esther hopes to empower young yogis through mindfulness exercises and journaling opportunities when they’re not in the hammocks. She looks forward to sharing her love for aerial yoga with the kids and helping them find their wings to fly!

Aerial Yoga Teacher | Thursdays at 4:30pm

Jeanine Traag

Jeanine is an aerial instructor expanding her teaching into yoga who creates a calm, welcoming space where students are invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves. She is drawn to environments that feel warm, lived-in, and artful—spaces that encourage people to soften and arrive just as they are. Her teaching emphasizes presence over performance, with gentle guidance, mindful pacing, and an attuned awareness of the nervous system. With a strong foundation in aerial practice and a deep respect for yoga’s roots, Jeanine brings a supportive, grounded approach that meets students where they are. Whether offering aerial, yoga, or sound-infused experiences, her intention is for students to leave feeling steadied, spacious, and quietly restored.
